Frequently Asked Questions

Panels and Activities
Q: Is there an additional cost for panels?
A: No, all panels are included in your ticket price, but those with VIP passes will be granted admittance first to the panel and then general admission will take the remaining seats.
Q: How do the panel lines work?
A: There will be a VIP line and a general admission line. Those in the VIP line will be let in first and then general admission. There is no guarantee for seating in panels with either VIP or general admission.
Q: How early can I line up for a panel?
A: Panel lines will begin 15 minutes prior to the panel start time.
Q: Is there an additional cost for activities?
A: The Enigma Escape Experience will be $5.00 per person for the escape room and Battleguard will charge $1.00 per person per hour for their activity. Enigma tickets can be purchased through Ticket Tailor and Battleguard will accept cash the day of the event. Any other admission costs will be updated here and on the event schedule section.
Q: Is there an age requirement for the escape room?
A: There is not a requirement, but Enigma has recommended ages 10 and older for their two escape rooms. Kids younger than 10 may not be of much help and may be a distraction to the other players in the room with you. But, you can use your best judgement of your child if they are slightly younger than 10. Please be considerate of the other players when making this decision.
Q: When do tickets go on sale?
A: Tickets go on sale Thursday March 5, 2020.
Q: How do tickets work?
A: Tickets are purchased through a third-party site called Ticket Tailor. When you purchase tickets, you will be given the opportunity to print them or you can display the barcode on your phone at the door for scanning (you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your tickets). Once your ticket has been scanned, you will receive a wristband. That wristband must be worn at all times while at the event. Tickets cannot be purchased in the Paradigm High School office.
Q: Can you buy tickets at the door?
A: Yes, but you won't be able to use any discount codes at the door. And tickets are limited, so if we sell out, then we won't do door sales.
Q: How much are tickets?
A: Coming soon!
Q: What is a VIP pass?
A: VIP passes give you the following benefits: all-day pass to the event, photo-ops with celebrity guests, preferential seating to panels (seating is not guaranteed), 1 admission to the Enigma Escape Experience, and 1 exclusive Fandom Expo shirt!
Q: Do I need to purchase autograph and photo op tickets?
A: Yes. More information coming soon!
Q: If I purchase autograph and/or photo op tickets for celebrity guests and I don't get to use them, will I get a refund?
A: Sorry, but there are no refunds. We will do our best to get you to see him and only sell an amount of tickets that we think will work for the time frame, but if you miss the session or if the line is long, there are no refunds.
